Realtor IDX Websites

In addition to custom website development, I also offer website packages for real estate agents in the form of a "Realtor IDX Website".

Realtor IDX Websites have a Wordpress base with custom templates, featuring a special "IDX Plugin". The IDX talks to your other platforms, and is able to direct traffic throughout your business, such as your CRM, Mailing List, and more. The plugin shows the customer MLS listings, increases customer engagement, and allows you to automate the more routine parts of client marketing.

How It Works

A CRM is like the "brains" of modern real estate agencies.

Your CRM ("Customer Relationship Management" software) manages client information and can be configured to onboard new clients.

A CRM can help create marketing campaigns, and is where most of your advertising and communication takes place. Some advanced CRM's allow you to track users who visit your website.

An IDX would be your business's central nervous system.

An IDX ("Internet Data Exchange" software) integrates your CRM into your website.

Once configured, an IDX can coordinate lead gen and new client assignments for realtors, can provide MLS search functions for clients, and can optionally be integrated with a mailing list or blog for additional marketing - all using automated features.

Wordpress provides the skeleton and client-facing pages.

Your website can be customized to assist in marketing, and can help shape your customer's experience

A proper sales funnel can help convince them to take the next step with your business. Clients can browse locations you feature, create saved searches and favorite listings, view your team and their contact information, and more. All of this happens on your website, styled however you choose, and using whatever automations you decide!
