Project Description
My son, David, has enjoyed reading and drawing comics for several years now. While he likes planning out stories, he has a hard time drawing directly into templates, and so full-page layouts have been tricky lately.
After becoming frustrated with the options in the app world, I thought "how hard could it be to throw a few images into a template, and call it a day?". Turns out - it wasn't that hard. After a few hours, I had something working. After a few days, I had a full-working prototype.
It's still under production, but this has been a fun little project, and I like how it's come out so far. Check it out!

This project was built using the "Advanced Custom Fields" plugin. It began with a series of repeaters, and gradually added options for pages and fixed layouts.
One of the main benefits here is that a user only has to be logged in - after that, the front-end of the website guides them through the process, without needing to teach them anything about how to use Wordpress, manage their account, etc.
